Is it possible to build muscle without eating tons of carbs?
I’m trying to cut back on my carbs.. and I read that in order to gain muscle you should eat a lot of carbs after you work out to fuel your muscles. Is this true? Or am I able to build muscle while still maintaining a modest diet? Shouldn’t the muscles be able to burn the fat I have on my body for energy?
You need protien to build muscle, not carbs.
