I was always impressed by those who can build muscle almost effortlessly. Me, who always used to be quite the contrary, I am the kind of "poor" Guy. That is until I discovered that I did wrong, and I learned the rules of fast muscle building for small people like me that tooltips are different for these types of course framed.
