Muscle And Weight Gain
How can i gain muscle weight for football?
I am 16, weigh 160 lbs., and feet tall I lift 3 days a week and have a protein shake after each workout. I eat five meals a day (some are smaller). I have had some progress but if I don’t eat at least five meals a day my weight will drop. How can I gain weight and keep it? Any further nutrition or workout suggestions?
I know of some really intense workouts that will probably help you.
