How can I get more muscle mass in shorter workouts.?
I want to gain muscle mass as much as I IDE, but also may have some shorter workouts, I do not care about how many days a week I workout, provided that IM getting good amounts of weight, some advice?
use more weight and fewer repetitions to gain more muscle. u shud each session 2-3 2 days of training the muscles GIV Ure time 2 is good luck
