Best Protein To Gain Muscle
When trying to gain muscle, are you supposed to eat your protein BEFORE or AFTER you exercise?

I usually work out in the morning and have a protein shake or eggs (also have lots of protein)…
To gain muscle faster is it better to eat the protein directly before or after working out? or does it not even make a difference as long as you eat it sometime that day?

As a rule of thumb always consume a pre and post workout shake minus the fillers and additives. Post workout is vital for tissue repair.
