Skinny People Gain Muscle
How can a teenager with a decent meal still lean body muscle gain fast access without gym equipment?

Hi, Im 16 years old with a very thin body, and despite my continued attempt to find the best way to solve my problem, I still find one. My diet is pretty decent, I Lines 4-5 meals a day and several snacks, etc. I can improve my diet but my main concern is the increase in muscle mass, especially in the chest. If someone I could find a proper answer, or when I can not find a suitable plan or advice, and so I am very grateful

Well, you will not be able to do "fast" without access to more than a pair of dumbbells (for example). You must work to gain muscle mass. You may want to think of one of his mentors secondary schools (high schools have the most rooms of weight training, but many students do not know they exist). They may be able to give a good exercise regiment to help you gain muscle faster than doing it yourself. This requires effort, dedication and hard work, had much to gain muscle mass. Perhaps only push-ups, curls, dumbbell, and performance will be quite helpful for what you need, but often regular weightlifting team is more effective to strengthen the muscles.
