Know Your Body Type

We have all different body types, and each body type has a composition genetically different. Your body type really determine how long it will take to build your own top.

Endomorph Council

If you have a body type Endomorph naturally have a broad framework and perhaps a round face, big bones, wide hips, and a slow metabolism. One tends to win weight and body fat without even trying. However, the increase is that it's also easy for you to build muscles, but probably hiding under a layer of fat.

Mesomorph Council
