A good way to lose weight before gaining muscle?

I want to flatten stomach muscles before you put in it, because doing squats the willingness to put everything in the muscles under the fat and the fat will stay there, first get rid of fat and then build muscle. What a good way to do that and there's a website to help and correct strecthing before exercise?

Good Rev is somewhat an oxymoron, because you have to build mass muscle structure and increase their weight should eat more, then your regular caloric intake and diet should include lots and lots of protein, so end up having a little fat, but not as bad fats you feed it the right way, which means not eating potato chips, ice cream, etc, but its natural to get a little fat but good fat burning and became the muscle. But if your really that was determined to lose weight, then drinking lots of water and do a lot cardio, and eat fewer calories.
