How to gain muscle without protein shake?

Hello …. I recently started going to try to increase gym.I to gain more weight weight.I feel that my diet is not having much protein should I make a muscle. I want to increase my muscle weight with natural raw vegetarian food. EVEN protein shake. I'm a vegetarian diet to increase my ideal weight much faster than possible. The diet can include eggs. So please help me if u can.

Currently I consume about 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight. I eat a ton of meat, eggs, chicken and fish. Vegan food will be very difficult to add serious muscle mass, because the proteins are the building blocks of muscles. Maybe you can add whey protein to your diet?
